Job Summary

You will be a member of a fast-moving digital content solutions company. This role is a master collaborator and connects the S2 team to our Walmart client(s).  It is a small and nimble team based in Bentonville, Arkansas; that is integrated into the Walmart Marketing function.

Manage the Walmart content development process with internal S2 teams and client teams. The position requires great communication skills and attention to detail. Candidates should have a solid understanding of both traditional and digital marketing tactics.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead S2’s day-to-day relationships with key Walmart clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, securing their respect.
  • Lead/manage team(s) in the day-to-day execution and strategy of campaigns across all deliverables including in-store digital screens and dynamic menu boards.
  • Responsible for mastering agency and client processes, developing production schedules and project briefs, aligning with creative and production teams on budgets and deliverables as well as collaborating with clients on accomplishing all of their objectives.
  • Maintain updated projects details through internal status sheets and client meetings.
  • Manage budgets accurately alongside Finance Director and Account Manager.
  • Keep leadership informed of important client and internal team updates.
  • Excel in a fast-paced, ever changing client environment while communicating updates, new projects and information to the internal team in a timely manner.
  • Understand and develop an Annual Operating Plan that aligns with Walmart’s goals and objectives the beginning of each fiscal year.
  • Protect and grow S2 business within Walmart.
  • Provide coaching and leadership for BV account manager.

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) in marketing, advertising (Master’s Preferred)
  • 5+ years’ work experience in account management in advertising, marketing or related field.
