marty is our summer residency program!

(aka an epic 12-weeks where you get to Fight Invisibility)

we’re looking for folks who want to spend their summer coming up with ideas, experiences (and sometimes ads) for our clients that impact culture because they simply can’t be ignored. it’s a big challenge and a bigger opportunity.

we’re building our team as we speak (that’s what the hammering noise is).

we are looking for some optimistic, DIY-types to help build and rebuild some of the world's most iconic and culturally relevant brands.

do you love TikTok? are you hungry to get your hands dirty? do you make your friends laugh so hard that they cry? do you love details? do you hate details but make killer art? do you create content for fun? does Hip Hop flow through your blood as much as Indie Rock? we need it all. we need you!

sounds like you, right?

“I learned so much as a resident – more than I could have imagined. Everything from social media to the advertising industry as a whole. I felt supported every step of the way, especially by connecting with fellow residents! By the end of the program, I felt more confident about the direction that I want to take my career.”

“Martin allowed me space to fail safely. I saw my biggest learnings come from that. It allowed me to grow, to excel – creating work I’m so proud of.”
